Eric Driskell

Eric Driskell is a founding partner of Driskell & Ray, LLC. He graduated from the University of Colorado at Denver with a BA in History in 1998 and obtained his law degree from St. Mary’s University of San Antonio in 2001. Eric Driskell focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice and family law.

Eric Driskell is licensed to practice law in both State and Federal Courts in Colorado and Arkansas. Mr. Driskell is on several nonprofit Boards of Trustees.

Eric Driskell’s law practice follows his life’s motto, which is to ensure that his name and practice of law is upheld to the highest of standards. “The only thing that I truly own in this world is my name and what it stands for”. Anytime Eric Driskell places his name on a pleading or a letter of representation it is done so with the same high standard as he places on his reputation and name.

Scott Ray

Scott Ray was admitted to practice law in Colorado in October of 2003 and the United States Federal Court for the District of Colorado in 2005. He graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a BA in History in 2000 before moving to Denver to attend the University of Denver Law School that same year. Scott Ray has practiced in the areas of water rights, personal injury, construction law, and general civil litigation as well as family law.

Since forming Driskell & Ray, LLC, Scott Ray has focused his practice in the areas of civil litigation including personal injury, ski accidents, and construction law while expanding his family law practice to include divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities, custody and post-decree modifications. Scott Ray volunteers for 9News, the Denver County Department of Human Services, the University Park Community Council, the Metro Volunteer Lawyers, and the Rocky Mountain Children’s Law Center.
